(The second book in the Seer Wars Season Two series)
A novel by

All he could see was his wife.
All he could comprehend was that he’d already lost her.
He watched her walk through that open portal…
…then everything flashed white.

River is gone. The dark seers known as the Eye stole her right out of his hands.

He nearly died trying to stop it from happening, but it wasn’t enough. Now all he can do is go after her, hunt down the beings who did this to them, who tore away his wife before they’d even completed the bond. He’ll kill anyone who stands in his way. The Eye claims they own her, that River belongs to them, but the Eye speaks only lies, and Valek knows the truth.

Unfortunately, it’s not that easy, even beyond the nightmare of trying to find her after he got left behind on a distant world. When Valek finally tracks her down in her old city of Los Angeles, River has no idea who he is.

She’s no longer his wife, no longer his friend.

She has no memory of him at all, nor of the world he came from. It’s like the entire slate got wiped clean, and she’s back to being who she was before any of it happened.

But Valek won’t accept that. He’ll be damned if he accepts it. He’ll find a way to reach her, to make her remember who they are, no matter what it takes.

* * *Author’s Note: This was written originally as a serial, and individual books end on cliffhangers as a result. I’ll be releasing parts of seasons within a few weeks of one another whenever possible to make this easier on readers, and also to keep the books at a reasonable length. Thanks!

SEER WARS is an epic, romantic, gritty science fantasy series that started off as a serial and now is being released as a series of novels. Abandoned in Los Angeles as a weapon for a future inter-dimensional war, River Cleopatra Jones never knew her true identity until she got abducted by seer, ex-soldier, and pirate, Valek Targen. But Valek has his own dark secrets, and a much deeper connection to River and her purpose than either of them know. Apocalyptic science fiction, enemies to lovers, forced proximity, slow-burn science fantasy with romance for people who like complex, character-driven sci-fi with a strong romantic subplot.

Genre: Paranormal Romance
