A folk tale adapted from the Danish of C. Molbech. Nicely illustrated dust jacket, paper is toning but there is no visible wear. Not price clipped. Jacket is now protected by Brodart. Light yellow green cloth with black title on spine, small black illustration of griffin on front cover. Cloth is clean and shows very minor rubbing at head and tail of spine. Front free endpaper has remnants of old bookplate, otherwise interior is clean and crisp. Beautiful two color illustrations. 63p.
