Daisy and Tom and the Blue Dragon

Daisy and Tom are twins with a magic kite called Oscar. They go over the blue hills and find the Magic City, but are sad to find out that the enchanting inhabitants live in fear of a flying blue dragon. When Daisy is abducted by the dragon they discover that he is, in fact, friendly.
