The Mercy of Gods (2024)
(Captive's War, book 1)
James S A Corey
"James S.A. Corey'sThe Mercy of Gods is a thrilling, furious adventure, but beneath its quicksilver plot and epic space battles lies a brilliant, unflinching exploration of how alien alien life might be. Like Starship Troopers by way of The Metamorphosis, yet with a vision all its own, The Mercy of Gods is a powerful, provocative masterpiece that I will be thinking about for a very long time."
Immortal Longings (2023)
(Flesh & False Gods, book 1)
Chloe Gong
"Gripping, bewildering, irresistible, Chloe Gong's Immortal Longings is a tour de force of Asian Futurism, a provocative examination of self and destiny that melds the ruthless sensuality of Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon with the visceral urgency of The Hunger Games. This book left me breathless!"
Arch-Conspirator (2023)
Veronica Roth
"Roth is a masterful conjurer, summoning both classic myth and visceral dystopia to weave a breathtaking tale of love, avarice, and the timeless desire for revenge."
