Courtney refuses to think about it how this all started. When she reads the entries in Becky’s diary, it feels like she’s back in that dungeon. She can feel the cold hard dirt between her hands and her feet. Becky describes seeing it herself. Becky’s words take Courtney back; she can even hear the girls’ whispers. She remembers seeing something out of the corner of her eye. When she focuses on what it is, she knows someone is in the shadows. Courtney realizes Becky was there that day, she was there and saw all the girls, but she never said a word.
While still in her father’s house, breaking glass downstairs brings Courtney from her thoughts. Going to check, she sees a broken window. There’s a piece of paper that reads:
“FAMILY KILLER!”
Just then, Courtney receives a call from the Chief. Becky has escaped from the insane asylum. Now, everyone is sure that Courtney is the one that’s in danger. But then, why does Becky call the station begging for help?
Why does Becky escape? Is Becky really insane? Is Becky after Courtney?
