James saves Veronica just in time, and together with Maleek, they get both her and Felix out of the hospice and to a bunker where she is treated. During the treatment, James himself passes out as a sign of the side effect of the drug that has been given to him. The two of them are cared for by Hakeem and Felix.
Meanwhile, Beric is back in Spain, and he finds out he’s been tricked into returning by Kate. He also finds out Kate was the one selling information to the L’homber. In the end, the brotherhood has to be disbanded, and Beric returns to New York to help out Veronica. Before he leaves, he has a conversation with his mother-in-law and with his daughters too. Back in New York, he can’t locate Veronica, and he ends up in Hakeem’s apartment, where he finds Solane.
Also, back in the bunker, Veronica and James are awake and have to leave the bunker as James remembers that his earplugs have always been tracked. They are attacked on their way out of the woods, and Felix gets shots.
Does Felix survive through the gun shots ? Will Felix pass something to James and Veronica to continue his mission?
