She found the girls who were down in the dungeon, some still alive, and brought back the unfortunate girls left down there back to their families to be buried. However, Courtney is in a padded room, locked away, observed in the hospital. She doesn’t say anything to anyone, and when she speaks, she yells and screams for Katherine.
While Courtney is in her padded room of the hospital, someone shows her a news clipping of teenage girls with blonde hair and blue eyes are being taken. One of the girls, Becky, who has been taken, has escaped. Becky fled to the police station and requests only to see Courtney.
More girls are being taken who are close to Courtney, including her mom, Tabitha. The copycat killer is getting Courtney’s attention. Courtney knows what she needs to do. She knows what needs to be done to stop ‘Greg.’ She isn’t sure that she can go through this again.
As Courtney slowly walks through the farmhouse to save her mom, she sees that there’s a door open leading down into darkness. Courtney hears something behind her, a door locking and footsteps coming down the stairs…
Katherine seems to know something more and has tried to warn Courtney, but she can see the cold look in Courtney’s eyes that Courtney doesn’t believe her. Courtney’s going to have to find out the hard way…
