WHAT PEOPLE SAY ABOUT THE DEAD TRILOGY:

A Long Time Dead:

The ending was nerve racking

So real that I was holding my breath

I loved this book - so different from a normal police detective thriller

Be warned, they are so well written and pacey that you will be burning the midnight oil

I skipped a party to stay home and finish this book

An intoxicating mix that floods over the reader

Stealing Elgar:

The writing is powerful, the dialogue gritty and uncompromising

He seems to have the complete package - the expertise in his field, the great imagination to weave a story together and the ability to write it all in a compelling and enthralling way

You know how some books have slow parts while the author builds up to something happening? Well, you won't get that in this book. There is no let-up in the pace. It's an emotional roller coaster and I was exhausted by the time I finished reading it

Thoroughly enjoyed this book. In fact, I thought it was brilliant

I found it a real page turner and spent many nights reading until 2 or 3am because I didn't want to put it down.

No More tears:

Dark and relentless, a thrilling climax to the series

I have seldom read such an exciting and fast paced trilogy.

This trilogy had it all; emotion, excitement, blood and gore, humour (just a little), great characters and a brilliant plot
