Christmas 1915

Christmas 1915 will be difficult for the divided family, those in Lavender and those in 21st century Texas. Alexander has handed down an edict: The future of Lavender is threatened by the comings and goings of family and friends, the visits across time, and the little luxuries like coffee, chocolate and books brought back to Lavender. Two short stories--Christmas Gift, featuring nearly twenty-year-old Sylvie Stephens from Lavender, and Moss and Lynne, which takes the other side, showing the middle-aged couple from the ranch in Oklahoma, cut off to spend Christmas without the family in Lavender. The short stories fall into line after the novel, Anywhere But Lavender. This is a quick read, meant to spot light continuing characters in the series.
