Shane Voss formed Voss Agency with his closest friends after his time in the military came to an end. When Thea Savage, a private investigator from Chicago, shows up on the scene, hired by a third party to work on one of his cases, Shane isn’t happy. Thea seems to think he has something to do with the murders, and she follows him around everywhere, upsetting his investigation and getting in the way. But then Thea comes to him with a piece of information that turns everything upside down. Suddenly, instead of working against each other, Shane and Thea must work side by side. Shane finds that he can’t resist Thea, no matter how good she is at riling him up. And Thea finds that Shane just might be the key to overcoming dark memories in her past.
