Wells Smith was a cop before he went to work for Viper Security. In his heart he would always be a cop, but when his mother became ill, he took the more flexible job with Viper to care for her. But to do that, he had to leave a couple of cases unfinished. It bothered him to do that, to leave a victim struggling to find justice in a department that was overwhelmed with the violence that took place daily on the streets. One case particularly haunted him, the face of the victim a memory he couldn’t shake. So, when he meets her again, and learns her case is still unsolved, he has to get involved. What choice does he have?
