The Place Of The Chins

In 1944, Scoop Britwell, British war correspondent, is to be dropped into Burma along with a deployment of commandos, back-up for the fighting, forgotten army. However, a premature crash landing plunges him into the jungle war with the Japanese. Events push him into an heroic role, endearing him to his commando comrades and the loyal Burmese. And when harsh conditions hold back his despatches, there are many willing helpers to his cause at the Place of the Chins.
