Sunset Showdown

After losing the other male members of his English-born family in the United States Civil War, young Mike Liddell 'drifted' into the service of a powerful French family in New Mexico territory. He was retained by the beautiful, widowed Madame la Baronne de Beauclerc to search for the missing heir to the family fortune, her nephew Richard. Liddell's life was suddenly at risk. He had to kill to survive - before the Beauclercs' lethal enemy was forced into the open and dealt with.
