Story:
Merrilees works as a photo–journalist in Glasgow. Her editor gives her an assignment to write the features for the paper’s magazine–style supplement. She’ll be writing features about the shops and businesses on a beautiful island off the west coast of Scotland.
Merrilees is originally from the island, but left it years ago and has never been back — until now. She’ll be interviewing various owners, including Finlay the handsome future laird of the island’s fairytale castle.
Finlay runs the castle and estate along with his two rich and handsome brothers, Innis and Ean.
Finlay doesn’t remember Merrilees, but she certainly remembers him. He was her first crush, the one she never got over. And now she’s staying in the castle while she writes the features. But will she find romance on the island and a fairytale ending?

About the Author:
De-ann Black is a bestselling author, scriptwriter and former newspaper journalist. She has over 100 books published. Romance, thrillers, various fiction & non-fiction books.
De-ann is also a professional artist, illustrator and designer. Embroidery patterns, fabric design, dressmaking, sewing, knitting and fashion are part of her work.
Additionally, De-ann has always been interested in fitness, and was a fitness and bodybuilding champion, 100 metre runner and mountaineer. As a former N.A.B.B.A. Miss Scotland, she had a weekly fitness show on the radio that ran for over three years. De-ann trained in Shukokai karate, boxing, kickboxing, Dayan Qigong & Jiu Jitsu. She is currently based in Scotland.
