When she was small, Diana Lesire Brandmeyer, discovered a blanket tossed over the top of her desk made a great hiding spot and she began scribbling stories in a notebook. Still to this day no one can read her handwriting. If she hadnt been given an old Royal typewriter she might never have had a book published.
Her first stories were so bad they would bring tears to your eyes if you read them today. After much writing, re-writing and reading she learned the best way to tell a story is from the heart and then let the mind edit it so others can read it.
