Tuppence to Tooley Street

Returning home wounded from Dunkirk, Danny Sutton finds that much has changed. With his wounds precluding him from heavy work, and women taking the light jobs, he becomes a bookie's street runner. Worse still, his sweetheart has taken up with local mobster Jack Mason.
