Maggie Kildare receives a surprise call from a British attorney telling her that she is the sole beneficiary to a large estate in Cornwall, England. Faced with either flying to London immediately to accept her inheritance and sign the conditions of the will, or lose it all if she refuses, she decides to take a chance, despite the threat of losing her job in New York.
Over the past several weeks Maggie had dreamed of being made love to by a handsome Englishman, and when she meets Ethan Jones, a local veterinarian, she is astounded by the similarity between him and ‘William’ the man in her dreams.
