The Duke's Happy Holiday

The Duke of Anglingham cannot abide the lavish parties and snobbery of high society. His cousin, Oliver Boswell, is the opposite. Oliver insists that the duke spend the Christmas holiday with his family. There's no way out, so the duke agrees.

The holiday is celebrated with fervor in the Boswell household. Food and drink is plentiful and so are the guests. Parties are planned for every night of the season and the Christmas day feast is an ordeal.

By chance, Mary Hanseford, governess for the Boswell children is singing to them when the duke, William Talbot, overhears. He's captivated by her sweet voice and her beauty. From that moment, he is certain she will become his wife.

How can a duke and a governess become man and wife when everyone in his circle disagrees with his choice? Will he be strong enough to defy them all and move forward with his plans? Will she be able to ignore the insults and marry the man of her dreams?
