Mitchell Bartoy

Mitchell Bartoy is a lifelong resident of the Detroit area. He holds a Bachelor's degree and a Master of Arts degree from Wayne State University. He's lived for many years with his family in St. Clair Shores, Michigan, northeast of Detroit, and recently moved to nearby Troy, Michigan.
