God-swiped

Caine finds out that not all gods are created equal when he is god-swiped, has his ass kicked, and is dumped in an alien dimension where his magic is cut off and he only has the cunning of a demon lord to depend upon. Worse, everything on this new world is divine down to the rocks, grass, and trees, and trying to ascend to the next level, whatever that may be.
