Voodoo and Paws

Spring has sprung in Tempest, and business at Mortimer House is humming along. While working to rejuvenate the property after a harsh winter, Fiona is approached by none other than the town’s mayor. He has a proposal for Fiona: use her expertise in antiquities to create and curate a museum in the sleepy seaside town.

Taking on this new role, Fiona counts her lucky stars that she has not only the support of Sylvia and Gretchen at the boarding house but two newly-hired assistants to help her with the exhibits. One is planning displays focused on colonial America. The other insists on shining a spotlight on voodoo and its deep roots in New Orleans…

But not long after they make their initial plans, tragedy strikes and a body is found, threatening the grand opening of the museum…and Fiona’s very life.

With strange occurrences becoming the norm, will Fiona discover the killer’s identity before it’s too late? Or will she finally succumb to the forces of evil?
