The drifter Tanner Moody meets up with a beautiful senorita whose desperate thirst for vengeance against her father leads Tanner down the outlaw trail...
From the tale:
"As he rode with the girl in his arms, Tanner Moody cursed his luck, wondering at all that had happened to him since drifting over that last pass from California. After nearly almost dying from pneumonia in Timbuctoo Gulch, he'd headed east hoping his luck would change.
"It had changed, all right. Seduced by the charming Spanish beauty with a penchant for thievery and firearms, he'd not only wavered from the straight and narrow, he'd kinked it up like a hangman's noose. His name had never exactly tallied with the Bible, but he'd never joined an outlaw gang to rob stagecoaches, either. And now, here he was, fogging the long coulees, trying to save himself and the woman he loved.
Genre: Western
