These are the adventures of Sam, Jake and Dylan, three awful losers who live on the forty-second floor of Hazy Towers, the worst apartment block in the known universe. Destitute and degenerate, they're always on the lookout for a crazy way to make a buck, while avoiding their spineless landlord Mr Hayes, to whom they've never paid a shred of rent.
Based on a sitcom idea which the author Sam (hi!) conceived with his whackjob friends back in high school, when they probably should have been studying, the book contains 3 short ‘episodes’ previously published separately. These unnecessary tales have now been updated with extra stupidity, and are presented together for the first (and hopefully, last) time.
The stories contain obscenity, drug use, heresy, violence, bad science, horrible manners, terrible people, and a complete disregard for consequences.
Reviews for the previous edition
‘pure, unbridled literary wit ... doesn’t skip a beat in action, drama, entertainment and pure hilarity.’
– Rosie Malezer for Readers' Favourite
‘hilariously stupid and Bowring does a great job of dropping you right in it’
– Stephen Ormsby, author
‘This was one of the strangest things I’ve ever read. It was also ****ing hilarious. I recommend it to anyone who doesn’t want to read something predictable and boring. I laughed so hard and it put me in a great mood!’
– Amazon US reviewer

‘Here,’ said Sam, handing Jake a drink. ‘Try this new cocktail I invented. It’s the perfect way to keep cool and be cool.’
Jake gave it a sniff, then tipped it back. ‘Aaargh,’ he said.
‘What do you think?’ asked Sam. ‘It’s equal parts rum, scotch and tequila. I call it “Flaccid on the Beach”.’
