Steve Bradshaw is a forensic mystery/thriller author. He draws upon his fascinating life experiences as a Forensic Investigator and Biotech Entrepreneur. Steve has a BA from the University of Texas-Austin and trained at the Institute of Forensic Sciences in Dallas, Texas, where he worked for the Medical Examiner investigating 3,000 unexplained deaths later ruled as homicides, suicides, accidental deaths, naturals, or undetermined/unclassified deaths. Steve left forensic investigation to pursue a career with FORTUNE 500 biomedical companies. In senior management positions, Steve participated in advancement of healthcare worldwide. Later he founded an innovative medical device company in Memphis, Tennessee. As the founder-president/CEO of ACTIVE IMPLANTS CORPORATION, Steve led the acquisition and development of game-changing pliable-structured implants. He raised over $25 million in working capital, secured intellectual property, and guided the company in ground-breaking technology: minimally invasive, early intervention orthopedic medical devices. The world's first artificial meniscus developed by AIC is under FDA clinical review. As a owner-shareholder and now independent champion of AIC, Steve stepped aside to pursue another dream, the creation of his unique brand of forensic mystery/thrillers. Steve puts his audience on the front row in the worlds of fringe science, modern forensics, and pursuit of real monsters. Today, Steve is working on his eighth novel, sixth audiobook, and second screenplay.
