Mac Avery, the man known as Banker, had no special business in the town of Mona. He was just riding through. But he didn't like what he saw there.One man, Justin Carstairs, had the whole town in his hand. He ran most of the businesses, allowed no competition, charged outrageous prices, hired gunslingers to enforce his rules - and he let people starve to death, something Mac had witnessed with his own eyes.
