Toby Ball

Toby Ball was born in Washington D.C. and raised in Syracuse, NY (among other places). He graduated from Trinity College (CT) and earned an MAT from the University of New Hampshire. After working for several years at Congressional Quarterly magazine he moved north to New Hampshire where he now works at the Crimes against Children Research Center and Family Research Laboratory at the University of New Hampshire. He lives in Durham, New Hampshire with his wife and two children.
