Fats - Fully Autonomous Tactical Satellite - is the latest in Star Wars technology: a killer satellite equipped with an electronic brain which allows it to make its own decisions. After its launch, however, trouble follows. Misunderstanding a Presidential joke, Fats decides America is at war with Russia and goes hunting; any Russian hardware circling the earth is fair game.
