It's All About Him

Following the premature death of her parents, 19-year-old Dee Hewson puts her college plans on hold to go traveling with her boyfriend, Neil. All goes well until they reach Las Vegas, where her he develops a dangerous addiction to gambling and one day Dee awakes to find him gone, along with their credit cards,cash and her jewellery. Devastated, she returns to her family home in Ireland to pick up the pieces of her old life, only to discover she's pregnant.But baby Sam turns out to be the one positive thing to come out of Dee's relationship. After trying and failing at a number of part-time jobs, Dee discovers a talent for cooking and eventually sets up her own catering business. She also finds love again with the much more sensible and reliable, Conor Fitzgerald. Finally there is some stability in her life. Until Neil shows. But he seems to have changed and is delighted to discover he's a father. Neil begs Dee to let him be a part of Sam's life, and though Conor has reservations, she agrees. Surely having his dad in his life can only be a good thing for Sam... can't it?
