The Box Office Murders

A London box of fice clerk falls under the spell of a mysterious trio of crooks. Assisted by a helpful solicitor who directs her to Scotland Yard, she tells Inspector French the story of the Purple Sickle. But when her body is found floating in Southampton Water the next day, French discovers that similar murders have taken place and determines to learns the trio's secret and run them to ground...
