Time Bomb

The man had entered the 'phone booth and the bomb in his brief-case exploded a moment later...Glenn Bowman was engaged to find Rickie Oppenheimer, who had disappeared with twenty thousand dollars of racketeer Mike Schultz's money - in a brief-case. Was there a connection between the two incidents? Bowman follows one lead after another.
