"Sexy, passionate, body pulsing, when you find true love and someone has wronged them, there has to be revenge which always has the greater impact when it's unexpected."

When Billy is asked by Mickey to be a bodyguard for his family he readily accepts. Being a Londoner and working the clubs for many years at first he finds life in Kent difficult, he misses the lifestyle he'd had. Then as time passes and to his surprise he finds himself craving the family life that Maria and Mickey had shown him.

When he is no longer needed to protect the family he is reluctant to return to his old life. So when the opportunity to buy a club in Kent with ex-detective, George Davage and Mickey arises, he readily accepts. He likes the idea of being a club boss and he wants to stay in Kent, especially since meeting and falling for Jess, the naive young girl that Maria has taken in with her baby. She's different to anyone he has met before, a quiet, shy girl. Finally he's found his soul mate, but despite her obvious love for him, Jess has a terrible secret from her past that keeps her from getting close to any man. Billy is not about to give up on her and with the help of Maria he discovers the truth. He knows that until her past is resolved there will be no future for them. It's only after discussing Jess's past and the dreadful injustice she's suffered at the hands of solicitor Neville Howard that he, along with the others, decide justice must be done for her.
