A Story by

Natalie receives a red rose on February 7 in her mailbox. Gifts or notes come each day from a secret admirer, and she’s sure she knows who’s sending them, but not how. Cameron left her a year ago to pursue a job in construction. A career he thought would honor his parents as his father worked construction until his death from a fall. Natalie believes Cam is still working across the country, and can’t be delivering gifts to her door or tying them to her car. Even slipping notes under her door.

And how does he get them in her postal box with no address, only her first name? But it has to be him, or someone who’s helping him. As Valentine’s Day draws near, she’s frustrated and annoyed that he doesn’t show himself. She thought it was over between them, but now she just wants to see him and touch him to prove he’s really back in her life. But can she trust him?

Cameron is home, and he’s found a new career after a series of events on his job. He wants to win Natalie back, and he’d taking a chance on his plan working. His last note asks her to go out with him on Valentine’s evening where he will explain everything. He’s trembling by the time he stands before her door. Will she go with him or tell him to get lost? Is she seeing someone else? He doesn’t know because his plan didn’t include a two-way conversation. Maybe it should have.

This is a clean and wholesome Valentine’s Day story of second chances and true love. It’s part of a four-book series, including The Christmas Wallet and Pizza for New Year’s. Each book is complete with no cliff hangers.
