Nicci Cloke recommends

We Live Here Now (2025)
Sarah Pinborough
"Eerie, clever and darkly funny, We Live Here Now puts an entirely fresh spin on the haunted house novel. The twists are genius, the ending so satisfying - I loved it. Sarah Pinborough's best book yet."

Bitter (2018)
Francesca Jakobi
"Gloriously sinister and yet, when you least expect it, quietly heartbreaking. Brilliant."
