What happens when a very cute dancer is hired for a gig on a ranch resort in Montana? His Christmas gets a whole lot merrier!
In the snowy landscape of Montana, a new resort is having a huge holiday celebration. Part of the fun included landing a popular dancer to entertain at the big club for week before the holiday.
Rowan McDuffy only started dancing so he’d be able to charge more to the men that rented his body for a few hours, or even the night. The limelight, however, was a bit too bright. After a few years of it, Rowan knew he wanted more.
As he leaves the stage the second night of the gig, a masked cowboy stops him on his way to the basement dressing rooms, grabbing his hand to set a hundred-dollar tip into his palm. All he could see of the man’s face was a saltier salt and pepper beard and the sweetest turquoise eyes Rowen has ever seen.
Having the man hand him a hundred-dollar bill for a tip, that wasn’t unusual for Rowan, but the man was. Rowan couldn’t quite put his finger on it, but the big, muscled cowboy is very different.
Rowan looks for him all the nights after, but didn’t see the big cowboy again until Christmas Eve, when he performs his first show. The masked man was in the audience, sitting alone at a table right in front of the stage.
Suddenly, the light go out, and the wind howls as the blizzard they hadn’t known was coming tears through the resort.
Lit by candles as the generator refuses to keep the lights on for more than a few minutes at a time, Rowan comes off the stage and is stopped by the masked man.
With a sultry, baritone voice, the man tells him, “Don’t worry, my naughty little elf. Santa will take good care of you.”
