What happens when four Wintervale freshmen discover a mysterious black box that holds the key to unlimited power? Kyle Simmons, Courtney Wade, Zack Alexander, Janine Wolf. Four well-meaning volunteers on Nemesis, the campus safety patrol. At first it seems insignificant: a box that will not open. But as the box makes its way from one owner to the next, its power becomes evident. Whoever owns the box can make the Lurker do whatever he or she wants.The Lurker wants the box back, at any cost.
