The Steel Kings MC is all that's left after the destruction of the head mob family. Due to the actions of Sasha and Sylvia Steel, the members of the MC must recover what dignity they have left, and distance themselves from the tainted mafia legacy...

Theo:

I've accepted the split between our two factions. The mafia was simply a means to an end. They helped fund our club when Logan was just starting it. In order to be given rights to their trade routes, he had to make a deal with the devil, so to speak.
But that's all over now. Now we're free of their overarching shadow, and the cops aren't even keeping an eye on us anymore. Except for good ol' Callahan, but what's new?
With our world finally reverting back to normalcy, it's just another day at the club.
Until it isn't.
She comes storming in with hail and hurricanes in her wake. Her trauma is branded on her body in bruises and cuts.
There's nothing that can stop me from helping her. Even when it means the safety of my brothers might be on the line.

Kyoko:

I've always been seen as the timid type. Maybe it's because of my upbringing. Adopted by an American family and ripped away from my Japanese roots, I have no attachment to my culture. Not that I care, since it was there that I was abandoned first. I was cherished at first, a blessing.
It wasn't until my parents found that they were expecting their own child, a miracle baby, that things turned for the worse. I was old enough to understand what was going on, and to know my place. The beatings stopped once I got the hang of the chores and made sure I was seen as little as possible. They didn't want to be reminded of their mistake.
So of course, when the time came to venture out on my own, the first thing I do is fall into an abusive relationship. Because I have such wonderful skills when it comes to judging others.
My only way out is to trust the rough biker that appears almost out of thin air. He's covered in tattoos and his beard adds to the mystery. Will one ride on the back of his Harley be enough? Or will I find out that my luck is finally changing, and that I don't have to pretend to be invisible anymore?

Theo is a part of the Ride With Me collection, but it also shares a universe within the author's Syndicate Universe. All books in both the collection and the author's series can be read as standalones, though the full picture will be admired if read in order.
