Bad Desire

In Mayor Henry Slater's campaign to win the love of a 17-year-old girl, he made many promises . . . promises he'll do anything to keep. He told young Sheila he'd protect her and that there'd be no obstacles, but there are: Sheila's grandmother, Slater's wife, and a police officer. To fulfill his obsessive desires, Slater becomes a very resourceful and dangerous man.
