J.S. Donovan discovered his appetite for storytelling as a child and turned away opportunities in the medical profession to pursue his craft. Raised in the smokey Appalachian Mountains, Donovan weaves the wild beauty of the South into his fiction and loves to show little pockets of the world that are often overlooked. He is a highly esteemed creative writing alumnus from Full Sail University and has authored dozens of novels. A good story can change a life, and he works feverously to produce thought-provoking, heartwarming, and suspense literature that challenges, entertains, and keeps the reader on the edge of their seat.

J.S. Donovan currently lives in central Florida. You can find him freediving in one of Sunshine State’s many natural springs, mentoring up-and-coming creatives, or conversing with strangers about the intricacies of the human condition.
