Jim Allard arrived in Casa Grande bleeding and bruised and that was just a foretaste of what was to come. The problem was that he had killed a man known as the fastest gun alive and there was no shortage of men willing to test his prowess. He was a man who knew cattle and enjoyed his job but what he wanted and what happened were two very different things.
