A novel by

Buried in a desolate cave for centuries, entombed Aztec antiquities
are resurrected.
It is soon discovered that their macabre and strange energy has not
been muted by the passage of time. They are passed from hand to
hand, with each person hoping to unlock their true power, which
is as mysterious as its past.
During an attempted return to their rightful owner, a man suddenly
disappears. Chris Hamilton along with his girlfriend, Sophia, begin
a search for the missing man which draws them into a dangerous
and curious hunt for the antiquities. Every clue they uncover
reveals that they are now involved in a bizarre and deadly game.
Chris and Sophia become entangled in a contest of cat and mouse
between two old rivals, an up-and-coming ruthless politician, and
the head of a crime syndicate, with the prized Aztec pieces as their
only way out.
Their circuitous journey takes them from the beautiful foothills
of Monterrey, Mexico, to the sprawling plains of southwest Texas,
as they go from being the hunters to becoming the hunted. As
the tension grows, Sophia reveals an unusual secret she has been
hiding, which entails a cat and mouse game of her own.
All the mysterious and deadly events are finally revealed in a
dynamic conclusion in The Aztec Necklace.
