Canadian, born and raised in Vancouver and Squamish, British Columbia. Laura grew up reading her Little House books to the ever patient Mrs. Beasley. Now a stay-at-home-mom, she writes her own stories of pioneers and ranching in the old west. Her first book, Here Comes the Bride, a May 2005 release from Zebra. Laura lives in Yellowknife, Northwest Territories with her husband and three sons.
