The Discovery

Jess the Border collie owes his life to his owner Jenny Miles, and he'd do anything for her. They're the best of friends and, together, they're ready for all sorts of adventures!Jenny, Jess and their friends discover that an oil spillage is threatening the birds on the Puffin Island nature reserve. They help to rescue the birds and in doing so, make a new friend, David - a boy who has recently come to the area and whose father has a mysterious past... Jenny's best friend, Carrie, discovers her childhood leukaemia has returned and Jenny and Jess rally round and help her to fight it.
