Rae Davies  Rae Davies, who also writes under the name Lori Devoti, is a former reporter who now works as a full time author. Her Dusty Deals Mystery Series, likewise stars a former reporter. The sleuth, Lucy Mathews lives in Montana and has left her job as a crime reporter to begin her new life as the owner of an antiques store. Lucy’s Alaskan Malamute companion (Kiska) sell antiques while solving mysteries.
