Red Tides

When a black magician takes up residence in Stanton, a city on the east coast, people begin to go missing. A dark rumor spreads to the effect that the magician ritually kills his victims to assimilate their power. When a young woman disappears under mysterious circumstances, the worst is feared, and Jack Slade, Demon Hunter, is called in to investigate.
