D.D. Everest lives with his partner Sara, their two children, and two cats in a rambling Edwardian house on the Ashdown Forest. When he isnt writing, he spends his time chauffering his teenage children to their social engagements; managing a local youth football team; and acting as a roadie for his sons various rock n roll bands.
