It’s utterly… romantic and sweet.
That the plight of this small innocent animal could start such a thing.
When I saw the weeping fox, I had no idea what it would bring into my life!
Now, with Shane…
I feel that, as this little creatures' strength grows, so does the bond between us.
How is this not fated? How can I not see where this leads?
I pledge to stay by this poor animals side until it is fully recovered and -

The attraction began when I came to town to be in charge of the rehab center for
animals.
Yet it was seeing her worried eyes so frantic about the fox that planted the seed.
Dana cares so much about the things that matter the most to me.
She has formed a need inside me that I don't want to deny.
But, now I have to.
With the news from my boss this morning, everything has changed.
There is no hope for us.
She’s the most exciting thing to happen to me since I came here…
