The Plachtharr Alliance is torn apart - a group of rebels, fighting for individuality, opposes the very principle the vast star empire was built upon, waging a guerilla war in the distant sectors of the Alliance. A brave effort, but futile. Outgunned and outnumbered, they need the Protectorate`s support - but it will not come.
It cannot happen, as any interference from the Council would trigger a devastating campaign, an eternal war ending all intelligent life in our spiral arm of the galaxy.
Still, Troshk is determined to take Yrsha into the Alliance, to fight for the just cause.
But he stands largely alone, since Frank was eaten after all - by those he once called friends. Deep-fried , sprinkled with salt & pepper, served on juicy leaves and in a bed of Shrava larvae.
At least, that`s what the authorities on a forsaken moon of Grarosh believe ...
