Trouble is, Ava has been sanctioned by the UFTB (United Federation of Time Brokers Council) for taking Stone to her Time Relay Station in STAKED. Now her ability to broker time is restricted to just two days before and after the full moon. When Ava fails to return to the 29th Century as previously scheduled, everyone starts looking for her - including some very bad people.
As if trying to find a time-traveling bounty hunter isn't hard enough for Stone, things are further complicated by an old adversary with whom he must settle the score, once and for all.
In Episode 2: the search is on for Ava Valentine, with Lucien tracking her to Rhode Island. Stone uses unorthodox methods to look for Ava, while Jimmy tips Turlo off about her connection to Stone.
In Episode 3: Skeet arrives in Seattle where Sophie (a witch from his and Stone's past) begins the task of creating a spell to locate a time traveler. Meanwhile, Ava makes an impromptu stop on her way to Seattle, where she again tries to break the enchantment on her Restrictor Bracelet. Lucien (who has little experience driving) buys a vehicle and ends up hiring Jimmy Salerno as his driver. Stone follows Benny Molina's tip to Rhode Island, only to find out that Ava had been there, but she's gone now. While there, Stone discovers that Turlo Morvin is also looking for her. Mickey returns to the 21st Century and renews his search for Ava.
In Episode 4: Lucien ditches Jimmy in Ohio. Jimmy calls Turlo, who sends him after Lucien. Ava's latest attempt to remove the Restrictor Bracelet ends with unexpected results. Stone drops by Louie's and after a chat with Phil, he sets out for Seattle. Mickey has a hunch where Ava might have gone; he follows her, hoping he's right. Skeet picks up the final ingredient that Sophie needs for the locator spell, and comes face-to-face with someone he never expected!
In Episode 5: Jimmy hops a plane to Seattle, while Ava and Skeet run into trouble. Mickey visits a fortune teller in Tacoma, who has a dire warning for him. Skeet wakes up from what feels like a massive hangover, only to find out that Ava is gone. After talking to Skeet, Stone is determined to get to Seattle as quickly as possible. Ava finds herself imprisoned in a rundown motel in Seattle.
