Their lives, crimes and sentences with many employing unique ways to murder their victim. The time period plots the advancement of forensic science as a police tool from the first murder solved by a fingerprint to the use of chemicals, CCTV and ANPR. The information on each murder has been gained from police files, court documents, NCA files that are available, newspaper reports and the internet. Some accounts are not an easy read but then murderers are not nice people.
