Some Like it Cold (2024)
Elle McNicoll
"Some Like It Cold is a heartfelt romance that is sweeping in its scope and tender in its emotional depth. McNicoll has crafted a powerful ode to love in all its forms: of community, of home and of ourselves - as well as the genre of romance itself. A clever, poignant and healing love story."
The Witch of Colchis (2024)
Rosie Hewlett
"So delightfully devastating! A deeply humanising, visceral portrayal of one of myth's most controversial figures, Rosie Hewlett's The Witch of Colchis explores the polarizing possibilities of humanity, from our capacity for pain and heartbreak to our potential for vengeance and retribution."
Four Eids and a Funeral (2024)
Faridah Àbíké-Íyímídé and Adiba Jaigirdar
"Bursting with joy, humour and so much love - for romance, for community, for home and the people who make us - Four Eids and a Funeral is a beautiful and poignant rom-com. I would do anything for Tiwa and Said and their enemies to lovers romance is fraught with tension, complexity and yearning - not to mention a very excellent cat."
